Stopford House
From initially securing the £300,000 Phase 1 refurbishment with Stockport MBC we are now on Phase 6 of a rolling programme at Stopford House. The commenced by decanting staff from the north side of the building to the south side whilst the renovations take place and vice versa within the multi storey building. This has continued through the different floors of this multi-storey building.

Durranhill Carlisle North Area Headquarter
Barnes was appointed as design and build contractor following a design competition to create an exemplar building that addressed sustainability as its priority. The building has solar panels, ground source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, SUDS, and sedum roof.
