This design & build contract was for a 1553m² industrial unit with a mezzanine of 160 m². The steel structure was part steel and part brickwork clad with steel troughed roof decking. The building houses offices located on ground and mezzanine levels, racking, goods-in bays with dock levellers and goods-out bays.

Refuse & Recycling Centre, Droylsden
Following the demolition of the existing office and mess facilities, the design and build scheme provided new office and administration areas, meeting and lecture rooms along with stores, mess room and kitchen facilities. Externally, a new ramp provided disabled access and existing concrete and paved areas were extended and adapted.

Upgrade and reconstruction of warehouse with areas of damaged vertical cladding reinstated with repairs to internal and external brick and block walls with metal gutters being repainted and downspouts replaced. Roof sheets / lights have been replaced and the entire buildings exterior repainted. Internally, offices have been reconfigured and toilet areas upgraded.

London Mega Terminal, Thurrock
Main warehouse with a floor area 10,400m². The office and administration areas are contained within a 2-storey pod. The roof’s curve expands over a large space to provide operational space for 10 dock levellers and the floor slab, 700m² of concrete, was poured in one day, laser levelled and power floated. Reinforced with steel fibres, it contains no mesh or loose bar reinforcement.

Barnetts Call Centre, Southport
Located on the Southport Moss the initial works comprised of precast concrete piled foundations some up to 27 metres in depth, 1000m² of in-situ concrete floor slab followed by the erection of a structural steel frame, and covered with an eleco speed roof decking. The impressive main entrance and front elevation, comprises of planar glazing, with cladding of composite steel and additional timber feature panels.
