Throughout the course of the contract TBS staff have been subject to banter about the Village People and with a contract value of ?4.5 million we are smiling with those who may mock.

The new YMCA occupies the site where the subsequent YMCA was situated since 1937 and now offers more attractive, and affordable accommodation to 16-35 year olds.

As well as 56 new en suite bedrooms, the new 3/4-storey building hosts staff administrative offices along with a caf? to the ground floor to entice the surrounding community into the nucleus of the new development.
