The biggest award to date was aquired via design competitive following the initial pre-qualifying selection process.

The building mass is divided into three blocks and an atrium. The office accomodation is arranged in two blocks either side of the atrium which serves as the primary circulation around the building. The third building element is single storey and houses the stores and garages at the rear and wraps around the existing custody suite. The building section, structure and interior concept all combine to serve the ventilation and environmental control strategy. The scheme design has been carefully developed to achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent' which will be operational by 2009.
