The structural repair included the replacement of floors with steel beam and joists along with new roof timbers, Welsh slate and leadwork. New cast iron rainwater goods and drainage has ensured the building is in keeping with the local surroundings. Extensive treatment to the existing brickwork and removal of all existing timbers was also carried out.
